Parents/guardians of any student residing within the CVUSD attendance boundary may apply to enroll their student in a CVUSD school other than their residence school through the district’s Intradistrict Open Enrollment process. Open Enrollment transfer applications for the 2026–2027 school year will be available online from November 3, 2025 (7:30 a.m.) through December 5, 2025 (4:30 p.m.). Please log into your Aeries Parent Portal to complete your Data Confirmation. Data Confirmation is the annual online process that requires parents and guardians to review, update, and confirm essential student and family information. During Data Confirmation, families will be able to edit and review information such as Emergency Contacts, Medical Conditions, Authorizations, and District Policies.
