Dear Butterfield Ranch Families,

Welcome to another exciting school year at Butterfield Ranch Elementary! As I begin my second year serving as your Assistant Principal, I am truly honored to continue partnering with our incredible students, families, and staff. Reflecting on my first year, I am grateful for the relationships we've built and the strong sense of community that makes Butterfield Ranch such a special place. I am excited to continue building on that foundation as we begin another year filled with learning, growth, and new opportunities.

This year's theme, "Saddle Up for Success," reminds us that every successful journey begins with preparation, perseverance, and teamwork. Together, we will encourage our students to embrace challenges, celebrate accomplishments, and continue growing both academically and personally. By working together, we can ensure every Rough Rider has the support and encouragement needed to achieve success.

With over 18 years of experience in education, I continue to be inspired by the opportunity to serve students and families each day. I am passionate about creating a positive, safe, and inclusive school environment where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. I firmly believe that strong partnerships between home and school provide the foundation for student achievement. Together with our dedicated teachers, staff, and families, I am committed to helping every student amplify their strengths, embrace new opportunities, and develop the confidence to achieve their personal best academically, socially, and emotionally.

Butterfield Ranch is truly a remarkable community because of the people who make it so special. Alongside Principal Mrs. Orttel-Parks and our outstanding Butterfield Ranch team, I remain committed to supporting our students, empowering our staff, and strengthening the partnerships that make our school such an exceptional place to learn and grow.
